This series of pulse jet header tanks (manifolds) is engineered for high-efficiency pulsing in industrial dust collection systems. Constructed from premium, heavy-duty 6" (DN150)pressure vessel-grade steel, the header tank provides an exceptionally large air volume to ensure a stable air supply. Optimally matched with 1" (DN25) port size pulse jet valves, it offers flexible configuration ranging from 2 to 10 outlets. The entire assembly delivers excellent airtightness and minimal flow resistance, making it an ideal core component for maximizing baghouse cleaning efficiency.

High Volume for Stable Pulsing: The 6-inch large diameter design provides a substantial air storage capacity. This effectively prevents sharp pressure drops during continuous multi-valve pulsing, ensuring each blast delivers strong and consistent cleaning impact.

Optimized Fluid Dynamics: The internal flow path is specifically streamlined for 1" pulse jet valves. It minimizes airflow resistance and allows a massive, instantaneous release of air, enabling the pulse valve to reach its peak flow velocity immediately for deep bag cleaning.
Industrial-Grade Workmanship: Every header tank undergoes fully automated precision welding and passes rigorous high-pressure airtightness and structural endurance tests prior to dispatch. Finished with a highly corrosion-resistant industrial coating (available in custom colors), it offers excellent wear resistance and anti-aging properties for harsh outdoor and dusty environments.
